Cost summit continues pursuit of financial transparency

In an ongoing effort to facilitate discussion of financial issues with its customers, Defense Logistics Agency Finance and Logistics Operations leaders hosted their quarterly cost summit at the McNamara Headquarters Complex on Nov. 7.

DLA employees supporting nuclear enterprise receive Air Force training

About 30 employees from Defense Logistics Agency Headquarters and its field activities who are involved in supporting the Department of Defense nuclear mission attended the Nuclear Management Executive Course at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, Nov. 1-2.

DLA Energy Commander visits Australia, Pacific commands

AZUMA, Japan — Defense Logistics Agency Energy Commander Air Force Brig. Gen. Martin Chapin addressed the Australia Fuel Symposium as a guest of the Australian Defense Force Fuel Services Branch Oct. 25.

Since the official kick-off for the Combined Federal Campaign on Oct. 3, the Defense Logistics Agency has reached more than 30 percent of its fundraising goal of $315,000.

DLA Rapid Deployment Team leads agency in support for Haiti relief
