Employees from Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Richmond, DLA Installation Management Richmond and DLA Disposition Services Richmond, Virginia turned a negative into a positive Oct. 28 when they decided to return over 1,500 lead-acid batteries back to the manufacturer.
