Pi Day event offers employees fun, fitness and flavor

Some walked, some rode, while others ran – outside in the brisk winter air or inside on a treadmill – as they all worked to rack up the 3.14 miles to help celebrate Pi Day 2020.

The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support and Distribution worked together to get 48 hand-washing stations to Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri in less than two days so service men and women can practice proper hygiene during the coronavirus outbreak.

DLA Disposition Services Mid-America looks at "What's next"

Red River Army Depot, Texas — “What’s next” was the event theme as the Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services Mid-America region held its annual leadership summit in February at Texas’ Red River Army Depot.

Soldiers from varying brigades and units throughout the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), properly secure equipment brought in to the Division Excess Consolidation Point as part of Operations Clean Eagle and Eagle Sweep. The purpose of both of these operations is to remove excess from across the division, eliminate waste and increase the division's overall readiness posture.
