If you are a State Coordinator and would like to request a training session for your state, send an email to LESO Mailbox-Subject: "TRAINING REQUEST."

Note

***Newly approved applicants will need to register with AMPS, EEBP, RTD, and FEPMIS first.***

FEPMIS

The Federal Excess Property Management Information System (FEPMIS) is the LESO property book of record for state agencies enrolled in the 1033 program.

Law Enforcement Agencies who are registered in LESO FEPMIS are given full access to their online inventory for all excess property that has been allocated to their department.

This gives registered agencies the ability to annually certify their property, initiate a transfer request to move inventory to a different agency, and to initiate a turn-in request once controlled property has neared the end of its useful life expectancy.

Any questions regarding LESO FEPMIS training can be directed to your State Coordinator or directly to LESO at 1-800-532-9946 or by emailing LESO.

AMPS

This website gives access to many applications for LESO customers, specifically the RTD website via the External Business Portal. The AMPS website also allows users to reset RTD passwords for should they become locked out.
