August 5 Update

The DLA Disposition Services 50th Anniversary, in conjunction with MWR Family Day, observation scheduled for Aug. 11 has been CANCELLED due to a significant uptick in COVID-19 cases in Calhoun County.

The decision was hard to make, but the safety and health of the community comes first. The information used to make this decision was based on the Centers for Disease Control recommendations and Defense Department restrictions on large group events during periods of high community transmission.

Historical Building Tours

In lieu of the community event and still share our history, we will offer public tours on Tuesdays for the remainder of the year.

Tour size is limited and individuals or groups interested in visiting the historic Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Center to learn more about its history and that of DLA Disposition Services may call (269) 961-7015 starting Monday, Aug. 8, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. to register for an upcoming tour.

We will notify tour participants of tour availability (based on community COVID-19 transmission levels) the Friday prior to their tour date.

Accessibility

All tours will be wheelchair accessible. Tours will include walking the length of both buildings and will require the use of an elevator.
