New users need to follow the steps below to gain RTD Access
Create an Account in the Account Management and Provisioning System (AMPS)
To search for property using the RTD program, you will need to have an AMPS account for access.
Request Roles in AMPS
More detailed instructions on how to create an account can be found by clicking on the links below. If you are a Federal employee or member of the U.S. Armed Forces, select Federal Agencies. All other individuals should select General Public.
Log in to the Business Portal
Access the RTD application through the DLA External FMS Business Portal. Additional information to login may be required, and directions are found in the detailed instructions.
