The RTD website allows registered users to view and request excess DOD property for their Law Enforcement Agency. “Want” lists and requisition statuses can be viewed from this page.
This LESO FEPMIS website is the online property book for all agencies enrolled in the 1033 program.
Law Enforcement Agencies who are registered in LESO FEPMIS are given full access to their online inventory for all excess property that has been allocated to their department.
This gives registered agencies the ability to annually certify their property, initiate a transfer request to move inventory to a different agency, and to initiate a turn-in request once controlled property has neared the end of its useful life expectancy.
Any questions regarding LESO FEPMIS training can be directed to your State Coordinator or directly to LESO at 1-800-532-9946 or by emailing LESO.
