Army’s Fort Campbell in Kentucky got a new owner for its electrical distribution system thanks to a Defense Logistics Agency Energy utilities privatization contract award. Beginning Nov. 10, City Light & Power, Inc. owns, operates and maintains the installation’s system with plans to improve infrastructure, modernize equipment and develop standardized electrical distribution practices.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness month. The Family Advocacy Program and the MWR Susquehanna Sports and Fitness Department helped raise awareness of domestic violence by hosting a 5K Fun Run/1-Mile Walk here Oct. 17, at the Fitness Center.
