Innovating at lunch: Employees learn about DLA Tech Accelerator Program

FORT BELVOIR, Va. — Learning how to leverage innovation methodologies to drive change and desired outcomes was the focus of a DLA Energy Lunch and Learn session Jan. 31. More than 100 employees joined the conversation about DLA’s Tech Accelerator and Innovation Navigator Course.

DLA Disposition Services assist in disposal of simulated munitions

PUEBLO CHEMICAL DEPOT, Colo — Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services recently aided the Pueblo Chemical Agent Destruction Pilot Plant in Colorado by disposing of simulated munitions rounds in preparation for the site's scheduled closure

Black History Month: Remembering ‘Six Triple Eight’

Love and logistics: DLA Energy couples

FORT BELVOIR, Va. — Be mine… and my coworker? Some couples may say working together is a recipe for disaster, but four DLA Energy couples say it’s a recipe for marriage. While dozens of couples can be found across DLA, these DLA Energy employees shared their story of how working for the same agency is a perfect match.

DLA unveils advanced payment systems fuel points across JBLM

JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. — Five fuel points across Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, have upgraded their fleet fuel systems from Automated Fuel Service Stations (AFSS) to Electronic Points of Sale (EPoS) systems during February 2024.
