DLA Pacific welcomes new commander as Ellis receives accolades for job well done

Agency designates day to promote resilience

FORT BELVOIR, Virginia — The Defense Logistics Agency sponsored its first Resiliency Day, emphasizing the theme, “Resiliency in Action” at the McNamara Headquarters Complex Sept. 7.

RICHMOND, Va. — Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Commander Air Force Brig. Gen. Allan Day hosted a Voluntary Protection Programs Safety Town Hall Sept. 6, at which he told Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia, employees that Defense Supply Center Richmond is ready for its star.

RICHMOND, Va. — DLA Aviation spotlights Patrick Upton, a lead customer support specialist working in the Engines Branch at Oklahoma City.

Students enjoy fresh produce provided through the Department of Defense Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program. The program allows schools to order fresh produce from DLA Troop Support’s Subsistence supply chain using U.S. Department of Agriculture entitlement funds.

As school year begins, Subsistence continues produce support for students

Philadelphia — As another school year starts, DLA Troop Support is set to provide fresh produce for students at approximately 12,000 schools throughout the U.S. In a partnership with the USDA, Subsistence provides produce to schools in 48 states.

Tobyhanna marks outgoing commander’s accomplishments

The Pentagon Memorial honors the 184 victims killed at the Pentagon and on American Airlines flight 77, which was flown into the building during the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
