Amy Grable, assistant commandant for engineering and logistics, visits Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support on January 8, 2024, in Philadelphia for a site visit and tour. Providing hot meals to service members abroad ‘feeds spirits with warmth of home’

PHILADELPHIA — Every year, a Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support team in Philadelphia ensures military members abroad have a taste of home during the holiday season.

Uniformed and DoD civilian personnel with Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support out of Philadelphia visit the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Philadelphia to donate sweatshirts, sweatpants, hats, gloves, and socks on December 20, 2023. In honor of November’s Veterans Day and up to the 2023 Army-Navy football game, DLA Troop Support hosted a winter clothing drive for local Veterans to contribute to the donation effort.

PHILADELPHIA — Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support medical enables the Armed Forces Medical Examiner System’s Department of Defense DNA Operations to identify the fallen and provide closure for families of those listed as missing in action.
