Air Force and Navy logistics leaders visit DLA Distribution

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — The Pentagon’s Director for Logistics, Air Force Lt. Gen. Sam C. Barrett and Defense Logistics Agency’s Director, Navy Vice Adm. Michelle C. Skubic, visited DLA Distribution Headquarters in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, June 23 for an update on the agency’s COVID-19 support efforts and a tour of the modernization efforts at DLA Distribution Susquehanna, Pennsylvania.

Fireworks safety message from DLA Installation Management Susquehanna

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Fireworks are often used to mark special events and holidays. However, the only safe way to view fireworks is to attend a professional show. These shows are returning this year after being cancelled last year. Fireworks are simply not safe in the hands of consumers and cause thousands of injuries each year.
