DLA Distribution Acquisitions holds inaugural Industry Day

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Headquarters Acquisitions directorate held its inaugural DLA Distribution Industry Day on Aug. 8 and 9 at the Susquehanna Club in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.

Subsistence engages industry partners about ingredient restriction process

PHILADELPHIA — The event was held to increase industry’s understanding of the process involved in defining the services’ nutritional requirements and the rules and regulations DLA follows when buying on the warfighters’ behalf.

DLA looks to industry for innovative ideas that improve logistics support, boost readiness
