Troop Support event poses question: How and where can blockchain help?

PHILADELPHIA — The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support provided approximately 41,000 power poles, 88.1 million meals and 1,264 generators in partnership with the Federal Emergency Management Agency during the 2017 hurricane season.
