DLA Distribution Korea opens new warehouse

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Defense Logistics Agency Distribution, Korea held a soft opening ceremony for their new warehouse June 4 with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Far East District, and the Ministry of National Defense - Defense Installations Agency in attendance as honored guests.

From sand lot to diamond of Camp Carroll DLA Distribution Korea warehouse on track for February completion

NEW CUMBERBLAND, Pa. — The new Defense Logistics Agency Distribution warehouse under construction at the U.S. Army Storage Facility on Camp Carroll, South Korea, is over 90% complete and on track for completion in February 2021.

Korea commander tours local tech facility, focus on CPI

DLA Distribution meets with ROK Army partners to discuss PACOM support, hurricane support logistics

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — To educate the organization’s partners and customers from the Republic of Korea on how DLA’s network is set up to support the Combatant Commands- particularly in the Pacific- DLA Distribution commanding general Army Brig. Gen. John S. Laskodi hosted ROK Army Logistics Command commanding general Lt. Gen. Lee, Jeong Keun and several other ROK ALC representatives Oct. 12.

Low cost aerial delivery systems, each loaded with four, 55-gallon drums of water, reach the ground after being dropped from a Republic of Korea Air Force C-130, April 12, 2017, into a drop zone between Daegu and Busan, South Korea. ExOPR17 focuses on integrating Republic of Korea and U.S. Alliance logistics capabilities within air, land, maritime, space and information environments.
