NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Environmental Protection Specialist Charles E. Willard of Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Richmond, Virginia, is retiring from government service with 28 years of service – having served 16 years with DLA.

Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support held a civilian retirement ceremony to honor Waldemar J. Caro Acosta, Clothing and Textiles supply chain customer account specialist, on Feb. 22, 2023. The Clothing and Textiles supply chain provides clothing, textiles and equipment to U.S. service members, other federal agencies and partner nations.
