Data pull project introduces standardization to Cherry Point sustainment team

One of the best ways to measure the success of any project is to analyze the data generated by that project. Defense Logistics Agency Aviation at Cherry Point, North Carolina, sustainment support specialists within the Planning and Support Division are dedicated to delivering supportability analysis, ensuring warfighter support success and a continuous process improvement project focused on improving data pulls has provided them with a better tool for doing just that.

February employees of the month rise to meet production challenges for A-10 aircraft

DeAnne Allshouse and Theresa McKinzie, Defense Logistics Agency Aviation customer specialists were selected as Employees of the Month for February. Allshouse won the general schedule 1-9 category and McKinzie took the award in the GS 10-13 category.

Respected and highly impressive performers earn DLA Aviation’s employee of the month honors for January

Reggie Sanders, a sustainment specialist within the Planning Division at Defense Logistics Agency Aviation at Jacksonville, Florida, and June Leeper, , a contracting specialist within the Emergency Contract Support Division at DLA Aviation at San Diego, California, were selected as DLA Aviation’s Employees of the Month for January. Leeper won in the general schedule 10-13 category. Sanders took the award in the GS 1-9 category.
