Contracting division chief receives Aviation leadership award

RICHMOND, Va. — Amanda Parker, contracting division chief in the Strategic Acquisition Programs Directorate at Defense Logistics Agency Aviation in Richmond, Virginia, was awarded the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Leadership Award for the month of March.

DLA Aviation, Air Force award contract for aircraft component support

RICHMOND, Va. — Defense Logistics Agency Aviation at Ogden's Strategic Contracting Division on Hill Air Force Base, Utah, jointly with the Hill Air Force Base Commodity Council, awarded a $444M performance-based logistics contract which allows Parker Aerospace to directly provide support to actuators for multiple Air Force aircrafts. Actuators help control the various aircraft hydraulic components.
