DLA Distribution commander visits Susquehanna site’s East and West locations

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pennsylvania — On a trip to the largest distribution center in DLA Distribution’s network, the organization’s commanding general Army Brig. Gen. John S. Laskodi received an update on major missions and operations during a visit to the organization’s East and West bulk sites on June 20.

Local students meet with chief of staff, learn how the warfighter receives supplies at DLA Distribution

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pennsylvania — On Dec. 13, 26 students from Central York High School’s advanced placement U.S. Government and Politics class visited Defense Logistics Agency Distribution headquarters for an overview on how the Department of Defense supplies its men and women in uniform.

Army Col. William Krahling, director of United States European Command and United States African Command Regional Operations, and his staff receive a command brief, given by Jim McCormack, deputy director of DLA Distribution business development.

William Krahling, director of United States European Command and United States Africa Command Regional Operations, and his staff visited DLA Distribution headquarters and its largest distribution center in the network, DLA Distribution Susquehanna, Pa., on Aug. 18 to discuss DLA’s global logistics processes and how DLA Distribution supports the warfighter.
