Leadership forum helps supervisors, managers connect

FORT BELVOIR, Va. — The DLA Senior Leader Discussion Forum helps supervisors and managers communicate and share ideas in a climate of reduced face-to-face training and networking opportunities resulting from the coronavirus pandemic.

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pennsylvania — To enhance learning the Department of Defense Performance Management and Appraisal Program, DLA Distribution recently hosted a series of video teleconferences and an in-person Leadership Forum to conduct a network-wide In Progress Review of DPMAP implementation.
