DLA Distribution continues legacy of Arctic support

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Norfolk, Virginia, continues to support Defense Department activities at Pituffik Space Base, formerly Thule Air Base, with the Pacer Goose mission. This annual resupply mission is done in conjunction with NATO ally, Denmark.

Another successful Operation Pacer Goose mission for DLA Distribution Norfolk

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Norfolk, Virginia, employees downloaded retrograde material and equipment from Aug. 18 through Aug. 19 from the Ocean Gladiator, successfully concluding the annual resupply mission for the remote Thule Air Base, Greenland.

Subsistence, DLA Distribution support Pacer Goose mission

PHILADELPHIA — The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Subsistence supply chain, in partnership with DLA Distribution Norfolk, Virginia, provides support to the Air Force's annual re-supply mission, Pacer Goose Sustainment 2019, at Thule Air Base, Greenland.

The Rising Star operates out of Thule Air Base, Greenland to assist cargo vessels supplying the air base July 18, 2019.
