Cybersecurity in the Workplace is Everyone’s Business

With recent hurricanes, wildfires and earthquakes, there is no downtime from adversaries when donations are sent for relief work due to a natural disaster. Adversaries will design malicious emails that are used in social engineering attacks. The emails, also known as phishing attacks, are a form of social engineering.

Carolynn Michel inducted as the 2017 HoF recipient

Defense Logistics Agency Aviation inducted its 35th Hall of Fame recipient, Carolynn Michel during the 2017 awards ceremony Sept. 27, in the Frank B. Lotts Conference Center on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia. Michel retired in 2015 as DLA Aviation’s deputy director of Business Process Support Directorate. She was honored for her long-lasting impact on DLA, the Aviation workforce, and their military customers.

A booth hosted by DSCC MWR office offered resources and information about Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The Oct. 4 display inside the DLA Land and Maritime Operations Center also included a Standing Witness Exhibit that will appear throughout the installation during the month of October.

Texas C-5M delivers supplies to Puerto Rico
