Awareness month concludes with pinwheel parade at DSCC

COLUMBUS, Ohio — DSCC Morale, Welfare and Recreation's Child Development Center hosted a pinwheel parade May 1 to recognize the conclusion of April as Child Abuse Prevention Month and Month of the Military Child.

Connie Martins, a fabric worker with the flag room, and Anthony D'Ambrosio, Construction & Equipment deputy director, were recognized for their years of service during a civilian retirement ceremony. The two have 68 years of combined federal service.
