DLA Troop Support ribbon cutting celebrates opening of new, state-of-the-art headquarters building
DLA Troop Support — It is the start of a new era at the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support in Philadelphia, as employees and leaders celebrated the opening of its new, state-of-the-art headquarters building. The 108,500-square-foot, four-story building was completed in October 2019, and is Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certified. A ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of construction was held on Dec. 10.

Mentor program continues philanthropy, expands workforce impact
PHILADELPHIA — Employees from a Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support mentoring program assembled care packages and wrote cards for deployed warfighters to support morale and resiliency at an event Dec. 3 in Philadelphia. The program began in the Industrial Hardware supply chain, but has become a cross-organizational collaborative program with mentors and mentees from all of Troop support’s supply chains.
