Fort Belvoir, Virginia — DLA is helping the Army remove up to 1.2 million pieces of equipment from unit inventories so soldiers can focus on readiness.

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pennsylvania — On Dec. 13, 26 students from Central York High School’s advanced placement U.S. Government and Politics class visited Defense Logistics Agency Distribution headquarters for an overview on how the Department of Defense supplies its men and women in uniform.

Navy Reservists team up with DLA Distribution Korea

CAMP CARROLL, Korea — As part of their annual training, a group of United States Navy Reservists joined forces for the first time with United States Army soldiers, civilians and Korean nationals to work together as a team for the Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Korea. With the help of the reservists, the team processed nearly 2,000 lines this past November.

Yokosuka distribution center holds annual Forklift Rodeo and Safety Rally

YOKOSUKA, Japan — Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Yokosuka, Japan, hosted their 11th annual Forklift Rodeo and Safety Rally on Nov. 10. Eight teams consisting of 37 participants competed in five events designed to test their safe forklift operating skills.
