DoDAAD Key Information

Commercial Company DoDAACs

All commercial companies who have a DoDAAC related question must contact their government Contracting Officer to submit requests to create, update, or delete a DoDAAC. The Contracting Officer will then contact the appropriate organization to execute the request.

System Access Problems

Anyone experiencing problems accessing either the DoDAAD Update Tool, the DoDAAC search (aka DAASINQ), or the Advanced DoDAAC search (aka eDAASINQ), should send an e-mail to ITOC@dla.mil to notify the helpdesk of the problem. We encourage users to submit screen shots with their requests to help diagnose the problem.
