Four leaders credited with monumental contributions to warfighter support were officially inducted into the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime Hall of Fame May 28 at the Defense Supply Center Columbus. The Class of 2025 honorees are Mark Brown, Linda Kelly, Debbie Miller and Oscar Mitchell.

Defense Logistics Agency Maritime Mechanicsburg recently awarded a $5 billion contract to six small businesses expediting support for Virginia-class submarines and active surface ships in a move set to significantly enhance the nation's maritime advantage.

The Defense Logistics Agency has helped sustain the “sea leg” of the U.S. nuclear triad since the Cold War began. It is one of the agency’s first and most continuous efforts directly supporting the nation’s defense. From the forward-facing teams at the tip of the spear to the supply chains ensuring critical parts are available, all in lockstep with the Navy, it takes a village to ensure the Navy’s fleet of Ohio-class ballistic missile submarines hold the line against America’s adversaries.
