Agency employees share holiday spirit with their neighbors

Battle Creek, Michigan — Once again Defense Logistics Agency employees in Battle Creek, Michigan, connected with the community to help those in need enjoy the holiday season through the employees’ contributions to the Salvation Army’s Adopt-A-Family program.

Fort Campbell privatizes electrical distribution system

Army’s Fort Campbell in Kentucky got a new owner for its electrical distribution system thanks to a Defense Logistics Agency Energy utilities privatization contract award. Beginning Nov. 10, City Light & Power, Inc. owns, operates and maintains the installation’s system with plans to improve infrastructure, modernize equipment and develop standardized electrical distribution practices.
