Chili cook-off recipe for success: Medical CIT hosts morale-building event

For the past three months, Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support employees have been readjusting to being back in the office two to three days a week, offering more opportunities for collaboration as well as morale and relationship building. The Medical supply chain Cultural Improvement Team recently took advantage of such an opportunity by hosting  a chili cook-off on March 29.

DLA Distribution hosts the DDXX Academy

Defense Logistics Agency Distribution San Joaquin, California hosted the Distribution Expeditionary Academy for DLA reservists for the first time in over three years on April 17, at DLA Distribution San Joaquin in Tracy, California. During the academy, DLA reservists undergo training that prepares them to conduct distribution activities on a deployment in support of the warfighter or natural disaster response.

April 18 - 20 marks the second annual Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Leadership Academy, held at the Frank B. Lotts Conference Center on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia. The academy is a training course designed for employees in non-supervisory paygrades GS 11-13 aspiring to move into leadership positions.
