PHILADELPHIA — Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support kicked off a two-day Senior Leader Strategic Planning Session today in Philadelphia. The event began with McKinsey & Company, a New York-based global management consulting firm, presenting about industry trends and market conditions followed by an interactive discussion on growing business. Breakout discussions were also held on the topics of: emotional intelligence; and understanding and managing conflict.
