DLA Energy Quality Assurance Representative Shadows Director, Quality Technical Directorate at DLA Headquarters

FORT BELVOIR, Va. — The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy’s Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) Jonathan Lucas had never considered DLA’s Shadow Program. And he especially hadn’t thought about spending time at “the headquarters”. He said there had always been a bit of an unspoken friendly rivalry between people who worked at the headquarters of DLA Energy and those who worked in the field such as at a regional headquarters.

PACE Spotlight: Paul Turner

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — The Pathways to Career Excellence Program for DLA Disposition Services is a two-year program that takes PACER’s through all of Disposition Services and its processes to learn as much as possible about the directorate. The first year takes place at DLA Disposition Services Headquarters in Battle Creek, Michigan, and the second year either takes place in Battle Creek for Contracting PACER’s or at an assigned field site for Property Disposal PACER’s.

DLA Aviation at Ogden charts course for wartime readiness

OGDEN, Utah — Facing a rapidly changing global landscape and the looming threat of Great Power Competition, DLA Aviation at Ogden embarked on a critical mission: transforming into a wartime-ready force. Leaders and staff gathered for an intensive three-day offsite event Feb. 18-20, 2025, to chart a new course for the organization. Driven by Air Force Col.
