FMWR promoting resiliency and readiness on Defense Supply Center Richmond

RICHMOND, VA — At high noon, on the first Wednesday of every month, for the past five months, anywhere from two to a dozen people gathered at either Parker Pond Pavilion or the Community Center on the Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia, to learn different ways to recharge their mental and physical batteries.

Lamar Denno, marketing director for Defense Logistics Agency Installation Support at Richmond's Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation Office on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia, enjoys spending time with his family and is a fan creative design and communications.
