3rd Annual Fuel Exchange Agreements Forum: Commitment to partnership, developing relationships

FORT BELVOIR, Va. — The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy Indo-Pacific hosted its 3rd Annual Fuel Exchange Agreements (FEA) Forum from November 3-6, 2025, in Honolulu, Hawaii. This gathering brought together defense fuel and finance professionals from across the region.

Walter Morales is a current member of the Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support (Columbus) Pathways to Career Excellence program. He began his PaCE journey in February 2024 and will graduate February 2026 as a post-award contract specialist.
