TEXARKANA, Texas — Army Lt. Col. Jeffrey P. Chamberlain assumed command of Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Red River, Texas, in a June 16 ceremony. The ceremony was officiated by DLA Distribution Susquehanna commander Army Col. Brad J. Eungard.

Williams assumes responsibility as DLA director

Army Maj. Gen. (Promotable) Darrell Williams was promoted to lieutenant general and became the 19th director of the Defense Logistics Agency June 16 in a ceremony at the McNamara Headquarters Complex.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Army Lt. Col. Daniel J. Bidetti assumed command of DLA Distribution Corpus Christi, Texas, in a June 14 ceremony. The ceremony was officiated by DLA Distribution commanding general Army Brig. Gen. John S. Laskodi.

Employees gather for joint celebration of Army birthday

McNamara Headquarters Complex tenant agencies celebrated the Army’s 242nd birthday June 13 in the HQC auditorium. This year’s theme, “Over There,” harks back to another commemoration – the 100th anniversary of the United States’ entry into World War I.

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pennsylvania — In front of family, friends and coworkers, DLA Distribution Susquehanna, Pennsylvania’s Navy Lt. j.g. Kyle Combs was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant during a ceremony June 2.

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pennsylvania — In front of family and friends, DLA Distribution’s Army Lt. Col. Roger Keen was promoted to the rank of Colonel during a ceremony June 5.

James Diliberti, DLA general counsel explained the ethical nuances of selecting proper lodging while TDY, and Geon Hee Park translated for the Korean National workforce annual ethics training on May 24.

DLA Deputy General Counsel visits DLA Distribution Korea

CAMP CARROLL, Korea — DLA Distribution Korea hosted the DLA deputy general counsel Melinda Davis-Perritano, Senior Executive Service, and James Diliberti, DLA general counsel on May 24. While on site, the visitors took the opportunity to provide annual ethics training to the workforce, but the presentation wasn’t the standard fare of normal training.
