Vendors interested in assembling DLA Aviation kits should browse our site for open solicitations. Vendors will use government or contractor furnished material to assemble kits.

Become an Approved Kitting Vendor

Not yet an approved kitting vendor? Take a look at the requirements for becoming an approved Vendor and/or contact the kitting representative for more information.

• Register your company at: System for Award Management (SAM) .
• Access solicitations in EBS by going to the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) and clicking on RFQs or RFPs.
• View solicitations and solicitation attachments J-1 to J-4 in the ZIP files below or request them via email dla.avnkitting@dla.mil.
