Navy IPV GEN IV Project
The Navy Industrial Prime Vendor Generation IV (Navy IPV Gen IV) contract provides hardware and material management to three Navy Fleet Readiness Centers (FRCs) located at the following bases: Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, NC; Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, FL and Naval Air Station North Island, CA as well as 13 satellite locations. Additionally, there will be support provided for world-wide demand on a limited number of items.
The contract is a comprehensive program for support of consumable spare parts (bench stock) required for programmed depot maintenance at the three FRCs and satellite locations. The Navy IPV Gen IV contract is a cradle to grave bench stock support solution that provides uninterrupted support to the depots. The period of execution for the current contract is October 2014 through October 2024. The contract requires the vendor to achieve a minimum bin fill rate of 99.5% at each of the 3 FRCs.
