Usable Sales

DLA Disposition Services is authorized by GSA to offer surplus personal property to the public on a usable and/or surplus sales contract at DLA Disposition Services locations worldwide. Property is deemed usable and/or surplus if it has been deemed safe to sell in accordance with DOD regulations and has value beyond its basic material (scrap) content. Such property may include rolling stock, non-rolling stock, and hazardous material.
