WebFLIS is a web-based version of the Federal Logistics Information System providing essential information about supply items including the National Stock Number, the item name, manufacturers and suppliers (including part numbers). This information is used by DLA, military services, and United States Government sponsored contractors doing business with the U.S. Government.  WebFLIS provides essential information about supply items including the National Stock Number, the item name, manufacturers and suppliers (including part numbers), through a web interface connected to FLIS data. This information will be primarily used by DLA, military services, and United States Government sponsored contractors doing business with the U.S. Government.

FedMall is an eCommerce ordering system for DOD, Federal, State, and authorized local Agencies to search for and acquire products from government reserves and commercial sources. Buyers will have access to tens of millions of individual items of supply, from centrally managed DOD and General Service Administration (GSA) assets to commercial off-the-shelf products.

DLA prepares for future needs with Digital-Business Transformation
The Defense Logistics Agency is leveraging emerging technologies in cloud-based computing, customer service and supply chain modernization with its Digital-Business Transformation, or D-BX. With an average system age of 10-15 years, modernization is necessary for streamlining operational management and incorporating new technologies that will advance the nation’s strategic edge.

FedMall users must have active status by Oct. 12 or lose account access
Military and federal agency customers who use FedMall to order items like repair parts and basic office supplies must log in to their accounts to maintain an active status before Oct. 12 to ensure continued access when the e-commerce site moves to a new platform in November.

Sept. 27, 2021 - DLA is celebrating 60 years of logistics support since it was created Oct. 1, 1961. The theme is “Forged by History, Focused on the Future.” In this story, we highlight DLA Information Operations employee Madeline Pera who has been with the agency for 46 years.
