Federal Mall (FedMall) Releases New Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) Interface
FedMall is the premiere government e-commerce site where federal, state and local agencies can research and purchase government and commercial off-the-shelf goods along with tracking the status of items purchased.

FedMall has recently released a Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) Interface. FedMall interface to SPRS provides FedMall users additional performance and item information as well as an opportunity to rate commercial suppliers. SPRS is the Department of Defense’s single, authorized application to retrieve suppliers’ performance information.

From a buyer perspective; supplier rating and item risk information from SPRS is displayed on the FedMall Product Detail Page (PDP). The supplier rating is updated daily, and the item information is updated monthly. In addition to the SPRS-provided data on the Product Detail Page, FedMall displays the accumulated FedMall buyers’ star-rating and reviews. The individual FedMall buyer reviews are provided in chronological order on the Product Detail Page – Supplier/Ratings tab.

Visit the FedMall Updates page for general FedMall information.

Visit the FedMall Supplier Portal for the latest announcements, user tools/guides, and access to the portal.

Data Call for Online Systems
In an effort to collect data on our customer facing systems, Logistics Information Services has created an online survey. The purpose of this survey is to guide the program offices in future system updates and development. If you have ever had a system concern or would like to suggest capabilities that you would like to see, now is your chance to speak! The survey is only a few short simple questions, with an opportunity to input clear text. The last five questions are canned questions which must be included with every survey. They are optional. Below you will find a brief description of the relevant systems covered in our survey.
