Installation Management fire inspector shares fireworks safety tips

Richmond, Va. — As the Fourth of July holiday approaches, many are excited to see the fireworks show sparkling in color across the dark skies. It’s a beautiful sight that many try to duplicate in their backyards, parks and sometimes in neighborhood streets. This can lead to some devastating mishaps that I’m sure we’ve all heard about before.

One of the four 20 by 30 foot wall tents the US Forest Service obtained from DLA Disposition Services offers housing for the Youth Conservation Corps at the Coronado National Forest in southern Arizona.

Agency employee becomes first woman to lead NATO codification

Battle Creek, Michigan — While some prepared for summer to begin, Elaine Chapman, international logistics data program manager for the Defense Logistics Agency Logistics Operations, began her new duties as she completed her first official act as chair of the Main Group for Allied Committee 135 when she opened some codification training courses in Luxembourg.
