Wolfe takes over Human Resources at Aviation

Richmond, Va — On a sunny, but cool late March afternoon, Theresa Wolfe’s face beamed as she basked in the warmth of the sun’s rays provided through the windows of her first floor office in the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Operations Center on Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia.
