Directorates are to provide names of their heavy hitters—those who have gone above and beyond to ensure the mission of DLA Distribution is met and exceeded, and Jones presents them with a commander’s coin and a thank you.

Troop Support staff office ‘steps into the breach,’ thanked by commander

Four acquisition professionals from the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support were recognized for their teamwork and accomplishments Feb. 6 in Philadelphia. Joan Estelly, Raeshon Falkowski, Eileen Friel and Nate Prattico, all from DLA Troop Support’s Procurement Directorate, received certificates of appreciation and a command coin from DLA Troop Support Commander Army Brig. Gen. Mark Simerly as thanks for their contributions to the Construction and Equipment supply chain during a period of high demand and employee turn-over.
