Man’s best friend: Distribution employee’s daily life enhanced by guide dog

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Distribution headquarter employees may have noticed a new employee over the past few months, a rather furry new employee. Xavier Chronister, a nearly two-year old Golden Labrador Retriever is DLA Distribution’s newest Organizational Management/J9 directorate employee.

Ardent Sentry 2018

JOINT RESERVE BASE ELLINGTON FIELD, Texas — Preparing for the next Category 4 hurricane, Defense Logistics Agency Energy Americas personnel exercised DLA contingency information technology and training during the Ardent Sentry 2018 exercise from April 30 to May 10.

May Fitness Challenge tests employees’ rowing, running skills

Defense Logistics Agency employees earned bragging rights as some the fastest rowers and runners working in the McNamara Headquarters Complex during the May Fitness Challenge, sponsored by Morale, Welfare and Recreation, May 14-17.
