Vandenberg solar array project

VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. — Logistics In Action: Article originally appeared on the Vandenberg Air Force Base website — Local elected officials, key Vandenberg leaders, base affiliates and local media came together for the 28 megawatt solar photovoltaic array dedication, April 10, at Vandenberg Air Force Base.

Force Support debuts new field kitchen and rations

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas — Logistics In Action: Article originally appeared on the 433rd Airlift Wing website — The 433rd Force Support Squadron sustainment flight prepared the Unitized Group Ration in their Single Pallet Expeditionary Kitchen for the first time April 7, 2018 during field training here.

The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime's Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program hosted the 5th annual Information and Activity Fair to kick-off 2018’s Sexual Assault Awareness & Prevention Month April 4.

Laskodi announced as next commander of Joint Munitions and Lethality Life Cycle Management Command

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Defense Logistics Agency Distribution commanding general Army Brig. Gen. John S. Laskodi has been announced as the next commanding general, Joint Munitions and Lethality Life Cycle Management Command, Joint Munitions Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois.

DLA Troop Support Clothing and Textiles’ culture improvement team conducted a War Games exercise to enhance communication throughout the supply chain, as a result of employees identifying streamlined communication as an area for improvement in previous culture climate survey results. The 2018 DLA culture climate survey is open until April 17. Employees are encouraged to provide insight on their experiences at DLA by completing the survey.

C&T aims to improve communication through ‘War Games’ exercise

PHILADELPHIA — DLA Troop Support Clothing and Textiles’ culture improvement team conducted a War Games exercise to enhance communication throughout the supply chain. The exercise was a result of employees identifying streamlined communication as an area for improvement in previous culture climate survey results. The 2018 DLA culture climate survey is open until April 17.
