James “Jamey” Walker is the demilitarization coordinator for Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services Central DEMIL Depot in Anniston, Alabama. He participated in the DLA Disposition Services Pathways to Career Excellence Program from 2019-2021 in Group 38.

PaCE Spotlight: LaRoy "Lulu" Clark

LaRoy “Lulu” Clark participated in the Pathways to Career Excellence Program from 2015-2017. The PaCE Program is a two-year program that takes PaCERs through all of DLA Disposition Services and its processes to learn as much as possible about the directorate. The first year takes place at DLA Disposition Services Headquarters in Battle Creek, Michigan, and the second year either takes place in Battle Creek for Contracting PaCERs or at an assigned field site for Property Disposal PaCERs.

Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services’ Aaron Bunn works for the Environmental Branch in Battle Creek, Michigan, as an environmentalist. He participated in the Pathways to Career Excellence Program as a part of PaCE Group 34, from 2017 - 2019.

Kaveh Amirsolaimani, better known as Kevin Amir among his colleagues, is a Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services Property Disposal Specialist within the Operations Receipt Branch. He began the Pathways to Career Excellence Program in 2018 and completed it in 2019.

Don Zimmerman participated in the Pathways to Career Excellence Program from 1989 to 1990 when it was the Corporate Intern Program. Currently, he is a program manager in the Development Branch at DLA Disposition Services and manages the Training and Operations Simulation Center located at the Battle Creek Air National Guard Base in Michigan.
