Service dogs show their skills at disabilities program

Battle Creek, Michigan — The Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Center’s People With Disabilities Program Oct. 5 had four special guests — including two who literally work their tails as they train to help former military personnel with post-traumatic stress disorder.

Attorney bids farewell after 36-year career

Donald Tracy, deputy chief counsel, DLA Counsel – Aviation, bid farewell to his colleagues and friends in a retirement ceremony celebrating his 36-year legal career, all on DSCR.

Headquarters Complex organizations kick off charitable campaign

Since its inception, the Combined Federal Campaign has raised more than $8 billion for local and global charities, said Brad Bunn, the Defense Logistics Agency’s Human Resources director and DLA Headquarters vice chair for the 2016 campaign.

The results of the survey show DLA employees are overall more satisfied with their agency than are their counterparts at many other agencies.

In recognition of National Preparedness Month, September 2016, the Defense Logistics Agency Security and Emergency Services Office with Installation Support at Richmond, Virginia urge all employees to stay alert and vigilant in reporting suspicious activities and take action to prepare, now and throughout the year, for all emergencies including their own physical security.
