NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. — Serving as a motor vehicle operator leader for Defense Logistics Agency Distribution, Norfolk, at the largest U.S. naval base, Maurice Hammond has consistently demonstrated professionalism, a willingness to instruct and has earned the admiration of his peers. As a result, Hammond has been named the DLA Distribution Vehicle/HME Management Civilian Leader of the Year.
