Distribution Sasebo sailors volunteer time to local orphanage

SASEBO, Japan — DLA Distribution Yokosuka, Japan at Sasebo sailors, Navy Logistics Specialist 1st Class Mark Alvaro, Logistics Specialist 2nd Class Enrito Jambalos and Logistics Specialist Seaman Recruit Jonathan Schroeder along with other USO Sasebo volunteers spent their Saturday morning handing out gifts and spending quality play time with Japanese children living at a local orphanage on July 14.

SASEBO, Japan — Army Brig. Gen. John S. Laskodi, DLA Distribution commanding general, hosted a reenlistment ceremony for material management noncommissioned officer Navy Logistics Specialist 1st Class Juliber C. Fernandez on May 16.

SASEBO, Japan — Logistics Agency Distribution Yokosuka, Japan’s, Sasebo detachment assisted the Tawaraga-Uro Cho community in cleanup and maintenance efforts in the area.
