Subsistence STORES update improves customer service, cataloging process

PHILADELPHIA — After several years of working to improve the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Subsistence’s customer item request and cataloging process, a solution has been identified with potential for future capability development.

Joint Base San Antonio privatizes base utilities

A new 50-year fixed-price utilities privatization contract will upgrade Joint Base San Antonio, Texas, electric and natural gas distribution systems and improve installation mission readiness. In the privatization process, military installations shift from the role of owner operators to utility service customers.
