DLA Portsmouth associates participate in Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month activities

DLA Land and Maritime Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Coordinator Shari Murnahan and Penny Copp, an Equal Employment Office specialist, visited DLA Portsmouth in New Hampshire April 24. The visit focused on providing information and resources to Portsmouth associates through in-person training sessions, leadership and community partner updates and a Walk-a-Lap awareness event.

Joshua Ramones, currently a supply technician for the Inventory Action Team at DLA Distribution Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, previously interned with DLA Disposition and DLA Distribution before becoming a full time employee.Ramones was coming up on the end of his Army enlistment (one tour) and was considering various avenues for permanent employment.
